I lost my job in spring 2009 and started to fill my spare time cooking. It went well and the Redundancy Cookbook was born.
The aim of the site is to offer affordable recipes and sound shopping tips for people with time to kill.
I have since bounced back into the world of employment (or self-employment at least) but the recipes live on...
